Demo deposit: A $200 deposit is required to secure your demo ride booking. This deposit is fully refundable on the day of your demo if you decide not to proceed with a membership. If you join, the $200 is credited directly toward your membership fee.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your demo, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (954) 530-9844 or info@soflotoys.com. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit at our discretion.

Membership fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once a membership agreement has been signed and access has been granted, except where required by Florida law.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
