By accessing soflotoys.com and using our services, you agree to the following terms.

 

Services: SoFlo Toys provides membership-based access to electric water toys including SEABOBs, eFoils, and JetBoards, delivered to member boats across South Florida. We also offer single-day rentals.

 

Demo bookings: Submitting a demo booking form does not guarantee membership. Qualified applicants will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm availability. A $200 refundable deposit is required to secure your demo date. This deposit is fully credited toward your membership if you join, or refunded in full on demo day if you decide not to proceed.

 

Membership: Membership terms, pricing, and access details are provided upon application approval. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. SoFlo Toys reserves the right to limit or revoke membership for misuse or breach of these terms.

 

Safety: All riders must follow safety instructions provided by our staff. Riders participate at their own risk. SoFlo Toys is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.

 

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoFlo Toys and Beach Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

 

Intellectual property: All content on soflotoys.com including text, images, and branding is owned by Beach Ventures and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
